Individual Counseling- Our therapists can help you in many ways because we are compassionate listeners, excellent sounding-boards, and skillful experts in addressing problems in life. You will have the full attention of one of our therapists in an one-to-one atmosphere of understanding, warmth, and insight.

Counseling Appointments

To make your first appointment you need to fill out our
registration form or contact us at (02)790-5910,
engcounsel@naver.com.
Once the online registration form is completed, one of our
therapists will contact you and arrange an appointment so you can start therapy.
Counseling Process
  • Initial Contact
    (Self-referral or external referral)
  • Triage & Registration
  • Intake Interview
  • Allocation of a counselor & scheduling of
    1st appointment
  • Commencement of counseling
  • Termination of counseling

First appointment

Please plan to come 20 minutes early to the first appointment. You will be given a couple of forms to read and complete. These forms will explain what to expect and allow you to provide some information about yourself to your intake therapist. At the end of this appointment, you and the therapist will have a conversation about how therapy can address your presenting concerns. If you have any questions about therapy and our services, this would be a good time to ask those questions.

Confidentiality

All personal information you share with us will be held in the strictest confidence consistent with professional and ethical standards. Therapists will not release information without the client’s signed consent unless there is a serious risk to your safety or safety of others. In that case, we will be obligated to inform a third party who can best help you. If you or someone else is in danger of being harmed, please immediately call 119.

Cancelation Policy

Also, please note that appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the full appointment fee.
